Thanks for your efforts gathering links to relevant scientific knowledge. From what I can tell, most of the quantitative research on tactile sensitivity is based on measurements of fingertips or the palm, rather than of the genitalia. Still, the info you’ve gathered together hints at different approaches to stimulation than simple, constant-frequency vibrators.
